Our Story
Square One-FCA started with a question no one asked us: what if a place could be both? A café that doesn't close when the last espresso is pulled. A bar that welcomes you at 8 a.m. with a pour-over that changes your morning.
We built Square One on Dick Lonas Road because Knoxville deserved a third space — somewhere between the kitchen table and the night out. A place where the barista knows your order by your second visit, and the bartender crafts a cocktail with the same care they'd give a customer at 2 a.m.
This is where your story begins. Every cup, every conversation, every moment that turns an ordinary day into something worth remembering.
